**QUALIFICATIONS**:_To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required._***- 7+ years' experience with Adobe Analytics- Expert level knowledge of how to design an Adobe Analytics Solution Design Reference (SDR)- Understanding of Adobe Analytics processing rules, SAINT classifications, report suite configuration, and data feeds- Experience utilizing Workspace for report and dashboard configuration- Experience architecting a Data Layer Specification and collaborating with development team on implementation- Experience debugging Adobe Analytics utilizing browser network calls, extensions, and tools such as Fiddler or Charles- Experience utilizing analytics with Adobe Target, AEM sites, assets, dynamic media/scene7, and forms- Knowledge of tag management tools (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and how they are configured- Experience with Google Analytics (Universal, GA4 )a plus- Strong understanding of web and commerce KPI's*****REQUIRED SKILLS**:- Strong analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills; with statistical analysis competence in techniques such as correlation, regression, KPI metric development and segmentation modeling- Strong Experience required in HTML/HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Data Layers, ReactJS, Angular, Ajax, Git- Experience in analyzing and reporting on marketing or digital experimentation (A/B or MVT) to improve marketing performance or improve the customer experience- Demonstrate ability to build compelling, focused dashboard visualizations rooted in statistics that help drive action.Hands on experience leading and managing large enterprise-wide initiatives for reporting, advanced analytics and information delivery- Familiar with web operations infrastructure, measurement tracking and web debugging.- Willingness to participate in after-hour and on-call support- Good oral and written communication skills- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented.- A self-starter who enjoys technical challenges and embraces new opportunities**PHYSICAL DEMANDS**:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talk or hear.
