The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving analytics and data initiatives by partnering closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, guide projects to completion, and ensure delivered solutions meet business needs. This role emphasizes business acumen, project ownership, and stakeholder engagement, with working knowledge of Qlik used to support analytics initiatives. This position is well-suited for candidates with strong business or finance backgrounds who understand data concepts and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. Key Responsibilities Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and data needs Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization for analytics initiatives Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements Own projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals Collaborate closely with Qlik Developers and technical teams to ensure solutions meet requirements Review dashboards and analytics outputs for accuracy, usability, and business relevance Support user acceptance testing and adoption of analytics solutions Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for better insights and reporting Act as a trusted advisor to business partners throughout the analytics lifecycle Requirements Required Qualifications Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in data, analytics, or reporting environments Proven ability to lead projects and drive initiatives to completion Strong business and stakeholder management skills Experience working with Qlik dashboards and analytics (hands‑on usage or requirement definition) Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications Background in finance, operations, or business analytics Experience working with data platforms such as Snowflake (conceptual understanding) Experience collaborating with BI developers and data engineers Familiarity with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) in addition to Qlik Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Information Technology Industry IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
