Citi Finance Product Control Analyst

The Product Control Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for ensuring the completeness, accuracy and integrity of the bank's books and records in coordination with the Finance team. The overall objective of this role is to control and support data integrity and general ledger reconciliation, profit attribution and new activity analysis, valuation control and product P&L and balance sheet reporting.**Responsibilities**:- Monitor, assess, analyze, and evaluate processes and data- Identify process gaps and control issues- Escalate anomalies and issues in an efficient and timely manner- Interpret data, identify inconsistencies through research and recommend solutions based on analysis- Develop knowledge of how team interacts with others to accomplish Finance goals- Develop basic knowledge of industry practices and standards- Exchange complex information succinctly and with discretion**Qualifications**:- 0-2 years of relevant experience- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience- ** English advanced**:- ** Experience in financial, accounting or controller roles.**:- ** Excel intermediate-advanced**:- ** Knowledge in Investment banking (desirable)**:**Job Family Group**:Finance- **Job Family**:Product Control- **Time Type**:Full time- **Most Relevant Skills**Accounting Processes and Financial Controls, Assessment, Constructive Debate, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Management Reporting, Policy and Regulation, Portfolio Analysis, Product Knowledge, Risk Management.- **Other Relevant Skills**For complementary skills, please see above and/or contact the recruiter.-- View Citi’s _EEO Policy Statement_ and the _Know Your Rights_ poster._
