Buscamos un(a) Especialista en Atracción de Talento Operativo con enfoque 100% práctico y orientado a resultados, responsable de asegurar la cobertura oportuna y de calidad de personal operativo crítico para proyectos en ejecución (electricistas, ayudantes, oficiales, supervisión de seguridad). Este rol es altamente operativo, con presencia en campo y coordinación directa con Operaciones, Seguridad Industrial y Recursos Humanos para garantizar continuidad en obra.Responsabilidades: Planeación y estrategia Levantamiento semanal de necesidades de personal por frente de obra. Diseño y ejecución de campañas de reclutamiento masivo en redes sociales (Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business), bolsas locales y reclutamiento en campo. Gestión de calendario de cobertura por proyecto, con metas claras de vacantes y tiempos de respuesta. Ejecución y cobertura Publicación, filtrado y gestión de vacantes operativas. Entrevistas estructuradas y validación de documentación. Coordinación de pruebas técnicas básicas y procesos de ingreso. Organización de jornadas de reclutamiento presenciales. Onboarding y seguimiento en obra Coordinación de onboarding operativo en sitio y/o campamentos. Seguimiento a deserción temprana (0–30 días) e implementación de acciones correctivas. Coordinación con supervisores y SSO para inducción y entrega de EPP. Movilidad y logística Coordinación de traslados y alojamiento entre estados conforme a políticas internas. Seguimiento a ocupación de campamentos y rotación de personal. Perfil: Formación Licenciatura en Psicología, Administración, Relaciones Industriales o carrera afín (deseable). Experiencia 2 a 4 años en reclutamiento operativo o masivo (construcción, eléctrico, industrial). Experiencia reclutando perfiles técnicos u operativos. Deseable experiencia en proyectos con personal foráneo o en obra. Conocimientos Entrevistas por competencias. Reclutamiento en redes sociales y campo. Coordinación de procesos de ingreso y documentación. Deseable conocimiento básico de normatividad de seguridad en obra. Habilidades Sentido de urgencia y enfoque a resultados. Capacidad de trabajo en campo y bajo presión. Organización, negociación y seguimiento. Análisis de indicadores y mejora continua.
