We are entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and support individual idea and strategies. We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated and experienced Recruiter to our HR Department based out of our Juriquilla office.**On site: Monday to Friday - 8 am to 5 pm****Responsibilities**:- Develop, recommend, and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.- Provide training and communication to management and staff on recruitment, selection, and retention best practices.- Offer guidance and expert advice to management and staff on recruitment and selection processes.- Collaborate with leadership to forecast staffing needs and assist with workforce planning. Create, update, and ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and procedures in alignment with current employment legislation according to each country.**HR Support and Additional Activities**:- Participate in and support various Human Resources projects to enhance organizational effectiveness.- Advise managers on best practices, compliance with human rights legislation, and other relevant laws related to recruitment and selection.- Represent the company at career fairs and job expos to promote recruitment efforts.- Collaborate on recruitment initiatives and drive their successful execution.- Regularly update and maintain accurate job descriptions to reflect current roles and responsibilities.- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and provide management with insightful feedback for continuous improvement.- Uphold and adhere to Charger’s health and safety policies and practices.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in a technical field is a must.- +4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (in-house is an asset).- Fast Corporate Environment is a must.- Familiarity with using tools of the trade: ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, sourcing tools etc.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.- Proficient in Microsoft office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.- Exceptional networking, relationship building and organizational skills.- Advanced English is a must.**Benefits**- High competitive salary- Life insurance- Saving fund- Healthcare Benefit Package- Food coupons- Career growth- Christmas bonus.- We invest time and support in you to provide the room to learn, grow and work your way up.
