And the goal is to you do just that, so you need to have the following with you:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.- Robust mechanical design skills and finite element analysis using computational tools such as Ansys, Solidworks, or Inventor.- Proficient in root cause analysis techniques.- Have stellar Agile project management skills and have successfully driven projects forward on time.- Professional skills are essential to developing a job, but personality and personal qualities are what recognize a person as having self-motivation, innovation, customer orientation, good communication and interpersonal skills, and a great teamwork spirit.
