**Company Description**:**ABOUT YOUR ROLE**The Procurement/Buyer defines the short and long term category strategy together with the main users guaranteeing the best cost and service. Will own categories of IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance and HR providing service to 4 different sites.**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE**:- Seek for vendor alternatives in the market guaranteeing the best cost, payment terms and service.- Define the best procurement strategy together with category main users.- Develop and analyze spend reports.- Define risks/opportunities in your categories.- Create and maintain vendors in systems.- Avoid vendor blocked accounts.- Benchmark with other AD division**s.****Qualifications**:**QUALIFICATIONS**- 4 - 5 years prior buying, procurement experience.- Well experience in purchasing techniques and strategies.- Well experience in assisting manager and category users in vendor selection and negotiating contracts.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
