Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with a background in ITSM. This Sr. Project Manager will be joining one of our enterprise retail clients in the United States and will lead initiatives for our client's IT Service Management team. This role will manage projects that improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, has served as a SCRUM Master, has deep ITSM knowledge, and hands-on expertise with Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for ITSM-related initiatives. Collaborate with ITSM team, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. Utilize Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking. Coordinate workflows and documentation using Confluence. Oversee ITSM processes and ensure alignment with best practices (ITIL preferred). Drive agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) and apply Scrum principles. Integrate and manage tasks within ServiceNow for IT service operations. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders. Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in IT or technology environments. Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (ITIL preferred). 5+ years of experience with Jira Strong expertise in ServiceNow (ITSM workflows) Strong expertise in Confluence (documentation and collaboration) Proven experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English - both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail or e-commerce environments. PMP, CSM, or ITIL certification. Familiarity with service desk tools and IT operations processes.
