Maintains communication with suppliers, monitor the delivery of materials. Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on operation.Major Responsibilities and Authorities- Demand planning through Oracle IVCP/Establish Planning process.- Elaborates purchasing orders and follow up according to production requirements.- Keep work order and purchase orders date updated in the system accordingly.- Identifies, evaluate, and implement Pull System Strategies- Verifies in weekly basis the production plan to ensure material availability.- Makes production program of his/her lines based on customer requirements.- Expedites and adjust program according to customer requirements.- Provides delivery feedback to Customer Service reps.- Monitor, identify and resolve past due backlog issues.- Follow up development of new products.- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality and Trade Compliance procedures.Required Education / Experience / Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field- 3+ year proven experience in procurement and supply chain management- Strong negotiation and communication skills- Analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Microsoft Office- Inventory control- Oracle (Transactional and Planning Module)- Pull Systems experience.About Regal RexnordRegal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal Rexnord”) is a leading manufacturer of electric motors, electrical motion controls, power generation and mechanical power transmission products and sub-systems, serving customers around the world in the general industrial, consumer, commercial construction, food & beverage, and alternative energy end markets, among others.
