Solicitamos Project Manager Cancún**Requisitos**:- Genero: indistinto- Escolaridad: Arquitectura, Ing. Civil, Diseño, Afín- Experiência: Mínimo 1 año en el puesto o similar.- Conocimientos en paquetería Office, AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, SketchUp.- Facilidad de palabra, organizado/a, proactivo/a- Disponibilidad inmediata- Conocimientos básicos de iluminaciónObjetivo del puesto:- Ser el encargado de llevar el control administrativo y operativo de los proyectos asignados a su cargo, asi mismo, mantendrá estrecha comunicación con el cliente para notificar avances con respecto a los proyectos.Funciones:- Diseño de Iluminación Comercial y Residencial- Elaboración de planos en AutoCAD- Realizar levantamientos y vistas a los clientes previos a la asignación de provectos.- Realizar propuestas técnicas en base a los requerimientos de cada cliente, asegurando que lo propuesto- cumpla con lo requerido por el proyecto.- Una vez teniendo un proyecto asignado a su cargo, deberá de establecer el plan de trabajo, contemplando todos los recursos (materiales, económicos y humanos) requeridos para su ejecución.- Toma de decisiones fundamentales para el desarrollo del proyecto, sin que esto impacte de forma directa o indirecta al servicio ofrecido por la empresa.- Asegurar que cualquier cambio en el proyecto, sea debidamente autorizado por el cliente.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo $16.000 netos mensuales mas comisiones- Oportunidad de crecimiento y capacitación constante- Horario lunes a viernes de 9:30am a 7:00pm- Zona de trabajo Cancún.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $16,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
