**BOP Technician****Your Role**- Daily support to engineering supervisors with information related to manufacturing process functions.- Support the implementation of new projects for manufacturing engineering departments (Methods).- Provide online and on-site training’s for plants for manufacturing engineering departments (Methods).- Coordination of meetings with different plants for the Standardization of manufacturing processes.**Your Background**:- Basic level of English proficiency is a must (40% or higher) read, write,speak.- Basic Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & VDA requirements.- Technical/high school degree completed and/or pursuing a Bachelor's degree in industrial/Mechanical or electrical engineering.- Ability to effectively organize, prioritize and accomplish multiple conflicting tasks, make intelligent, timely decisions and solve problems independently.- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.**Traits we seek**:- Innovation and proactive attitude.- Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn continuously.- Ability to solve problems, seeing every challenge as a learning opportunity and invitation to grow.- Prior experience in automotive harness manufacturing processes.- Prior experience in Internal Audit Processes (IATF 16949:2016 AIAG/VDA).- Be willing to constantly travel or visit different Aptiv Plants at Regional level.- Supports and exemplifies Aptiv values and commitment to SAFETY, quality and cost with a great sense of ownership, teamwork, and communication among all levels of administration.Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
