**Job Responsibilities- Provide technical solutions to internal and external customers- Analyze issues to root cause- Work closely with manufacturing to understand current performance and reliability issues on the production line- Lead the release of product documentation- Follow release checklists to ensure accurate releases- Release new products without documentation errors- Develop cost reduction ideas and track them to ensure timely completion- Report status of cost reductions to Manager- Plus, job responsibilities as Product Engineer Jr**Basic Qualifications- Understanding of agency requirements- Experience with agency testing- Knowledge of manufacturing processes- Experience developing tests for products- Bilingual language ability in English and Spanish- Plus, basic qualifications as Product Engineer Jr**Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology- Two to four years of experience required.**Required CompetenciesCultivates InnovationCreating new and better ways for the organization to be successfulDecision QualityMaking good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forwardCommunicatesEffectivelyDeveloping and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiencesNimble LearningActively learning through experimentation when tackling new problems, using both successesand failures as learning fodder
