In this role, you will provide essential administrative support by managing documentation, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. You will be key in helping keep operations running smoothly behind the scenes.**Key Responsibilities**:- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all internal processes and client information.- Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.- Handle inquiries and provide support for internal teams as needed.- Ensure that all administrative processes are followed and deadlines are met.**Requirements**:- Bilingual in Spanish and English (verbal and written).- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office tools.- Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role is a plus.- Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.**Required Documents for Application**:- RFC (Federal Taxpayer Registry)- Proof of address- Valid identification- CURP (Unique Population Registry Code)- NSS (IMSS number)**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Inicial**Función departamental**:Atención al cliente**Industria**:Call Centers / Telemarketing
