No Relocation Assistance Offered - Del.Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City, Mexico**Description**:- Lead projects focused on the exploration and identification of new technologies for mid-long term innovation in Home Care categories- Technical work on formula fundamentals for Home Care categories- Conduct in-depth research to illustrate the mechanism of action for technology leads in Home Care products (preservatives, actives for fabric care, surfactants, antibacterials, etc) and propose possibility for improvement and recommendations for technology implementation- Develop test methods and demos to show and support formula attributes- Support for ongoing efforts to develop predictive methodologies to accelerate stability tests in home care products- Analyze experimental data to extract technology information to improve and accelerate product design and development- Communication of technical knowledge to business partners and cross category functions- Identify and lead collaboration efforts with external partners (specialized companies, startups, universities & strategic suppliers)- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve projects goals- Maintain detailed and effective written records of experimental work and observations**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's, Master's or PhD Degree in the following areas: Chemistry, Biochemistry, Material Science, Biotechnology, Physical Chemistry or related areas. If only a Bachelor's degree, 5 + years of professional experience.
