Quality Control Sr. Representative- Wholesale

Overview:The**Quality Control Sr. Representative**, supports the performance of the quality control and preventive reviews within the Wholesale Department, which constitutes the second line of defense for both internal & external audits, by ensuring the adherence to the GMF policies and procedures for Mexico and Peru.Additionally, you will be responsible of reporting and analytics related to Wholesale, interacting with different areas such as Sales, OpEx, Finances, Compliance, etc...**Responsibilities**:- Perform quality control on the credit lines renewals, establishments and temporary credit lines, as well as DPP (Deferred Payment Plan), Curtailments, Interests, Lease/Rental and Audit processes, to ensure full compliance with credit policies and procedures.- Provide recommendations and action plans.- Work with internal areas to follow up completion of the remediation actions established during the Quality Control activities.- Incorporate controls under Quality Control activities for Wholesale to extend the audit scope and contribute to mitigate any possible credit policy deviation.- Provide key information required for the rest of the internal areas.- Generate strategic information of the department through dashboards and presentations.- Responsible of the implementation of processes automation, looking for the best ways to improve efficiency.- Comply with timelines required to ensure successful compliance of the corporate policies and procedures.- Involved in trending analysis to improve Wholesale team performance and assure high standards on information quality.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Actuary or similar.- Advanced English skills is a must.- At least 2 + years of previous job experience in Administrative areas, performing activities related to: Quality Control, Quality Assurance and/or Data Analysis.- High analytical capacity.- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Access desirable).- Power BI skills (desirable).- Effective oral and written communication skills.- Large database handling experience.- High organizational skills.- Monitoring and follow up skills.- Ability to create new strategic reports, dashboards and presentations.- Advanced customer service skills.- Ability to be involved in working with several areas (Project Management knowledge desirable, not a must).LI-MONDisclaimer: Mexico - GM Financial is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.
