**Meet the Team**:The CX Renewals, LATAM Business Operations Manager plays a substantial role supporting the LATAM Theater Leader and Area Managers of Cisco Renewals and has a positive relationship with Americas Renewals Operations & Strategy & Planning teams.Reporting to the Americas CX Renewals Business Operations Director, you will build efficient relationships with key partners across all functions of the business to deliver efficient performance against Cisco's recurring revenue targets.**Your Impact**:This is a critical support role in Americas that will dig into the LATAM business to help us drive insights that are useful and will make high business impact.- You will support renewals business acceleration through in-depth support of the go-to-market strategy and action-plan, through supporting renewal manager managers in their day-to-day operations and work task as well as direct engagement with the field renewal managers.- You will develop specific growth analytics and enablement resources to be used by territory Renewal Managers, aligned to a central America's strategy and following global operating model requirements for the renewal field execution motion- You will partner with internal teams to develop a plan, leading to an outstanding customer experience. Teams include: LATAM Renewals Organization, Sales LATAM Organization, CX Region/Delivery/Success Organization, AMER and Global Operations teams.- You will a hardworking communicator who is able to build positive relations with business and operations leaders and renewals managers and work p**roficiently** -in involved situations.**Minimum Qualifications**:- 7+ years minimum work experience in operations, sales, financial, data analytics or related field- Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present elaborated ideas and options in a clear and concise fashion to a technical and non-technical audience- Strong Spanish and English proficiency- Showcase strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills- You have a couple of years experience leading change translating strategy into execution**.****Preferred Qualification**:- Portuguese knowledge- Master Degree: Operations, Business or Finance will be a plus- Data analytics or related field**#WeAreCisco**:WeAreCisco where every individual brings their unique skills and perspectives together to pursue our purpose of powering an inclusive future for all.Our passion is connection—we celebrate our employees’ diverse set of backgrounds and focus on unlocking potential. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
