**Responsabilities**:- Assist Engineering Manager in routine departmental operation and administration work, ensure the effective implementation work.- Engineering procedure/process standardization, simplification & optimization, promote the standardization and organization of management.- Support in customer and other external audits, engineering related actions follow-up, ensure operation complies with relative requirements.- Involve in internal audit and ensure all engineering work is carried out in compliance with quality system, such as ISO9001, IATF 16949.- Support engineer to complete technical issues in NPI stage and monitor the progress and technical problem.- Manage and coordinate NPI for route work, plan resources, budget, CAPEX to ensure the team operation complies with relative requirements.- Support and review all NPI and MP products engineering related matters & technology solutions and effective results, monitor the progress and technical problem solving.- Familiar with the certification UL, CCC, CE and other certification requirements, meet the cost, quality, progress, and legal and regulatory requirements of the product.**Requirements**:- **+4 year’s** experience with electronic product manufacturing process, and experience in project management..- **Bilingual** English/Spanish- Lean & Six Sigma Manufacturing Knowledge- Bachelor’s degree or above, Industrial engineering, or any other engineering discipline.- Problem Solving.- Presentation Skills.- Lean CultureTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $12,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
