TE Connectivity's Supply Chain Managers are responsible for the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. They ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at the established levels. They coordinate and integrate the flow of materials and information among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors and customers, identifying opportunities for improving efficiency, effectiveness and capabilities of the supply chain. Resources are focused on continuous improvement of the movement of materials through production processes, and the establishment of key performance metrics and benchmarks to monitor actual performance against goals.**What your background should look like**:**Requirements**:- Educational Degree: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operation Management, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.- Professional Experience (years in what processes and function): 10+ years working experience in Supply Chain planning, Project Management and Process Improvement- Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills: Advanced knowledge in ERP system required (SAP preferred), APICS certification is a plus**Responsibilities**:- Project Management- Reinforce digital transformation by supporting and coordinating with the global supply chain analyst, continuous improvement and the Philippines Analytical Team- Employ digital transformation methodologies and raise the adoption of digital solutions and provide overall visibility and transparency for the US region- Formulate and renew S&OP documents and provide regular coaching, trainings and knowledge sharing to the US DC planning organization- Access opportunities and drive global process standardization, streamline and redesign for operation excellence- Support End to End Supply Chain projects such as footprint migration, merger or acquisition, TEOA, automation transformation, SAP and IBP- Materials Planning- Manage the Purchase Order (PO) fulfilment cycle, from purchase requisition through Goods Receipt in the Regional Distribution Centers- Manage Finish Goods MRP, Available To Promise and recommit process- Execute and coordinate production priority and supply allocation with Master Production Scheduling, Sales and Product Management under capacity and resource constraints**Competencies**:- Values: Integrity, Accountability, Teamwork, Innovation
