We’re looking for an experienced Strategic Collections Manager to lead our early-stage collections operation. You’ll use data, effective strategies, and empathetic leadership to reduce delinquency and improve recovery.

• Develop collection strategies for different customer segments.
• Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities.
• Lead and coach a high-performing call center team.
• Manage escalated cases while protecting customer relationships and our brand.

• Collections call center experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, predictive dialers, and collection software.
• Knowledge of Mexican financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
