When you add that to the challenges we take on and solve together, you’ll discover that at HARMAN you can grow, make a difference and be proud of the work you do every day.**What You Will Do**- Management of the image of the company based on the standard manual (branding), correct use of logos, colors, and signage (not focused with security).- Create campaigns to support all site management programs- Manages and supervises the correct use of social networks (Community Management)- Content creator and edition of messages that are issued in the name of HARMAN (PR)- Align social responsibility initiatives and the reception area with the guidelines established by HARMAN Global and compliance with parameters- Supports the maintenance of a Healthy work environment, working with the different initiatives of the company- Participates in Internal Harman events- Image design for campaigns and internal or external events.- Survey of new staff photos, internal or external events plus editing and retouching.- Responsible for the compilation, review and update of the events held in the facilities for publication on the website (without dissemination)- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets and programs.- Ensure compliance with the performance of the management system ISO 14001 & ISO 45001**What You Need**- Integrity.- Innovation.- Inclusion.- Teamwork & Respect.- Excellence.- Collage degree- 3+Year’s experience in Automotive industry- 2+ Years’ experience in related position- English 70%- ADOBE: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects.- Knowledge in: Management of social media, Photography, Wordpress, Modeling and 3D animation**What is Nice to Have**- Change Orientation.- Collaboration.- Result Driven.- Communication Skills (Oral and Written)- Computer knowledge.
