P2P Analyst

You will be critical in identifying potential savings opportunities, interfacing with team members and suppliers to solve problems, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the Procurement function. Responsibilities Develop spend data reports and analytics to assist in identifying savings initiatives. Deliver monthly purchasing compliance reporting to the VP of AMAPAC Procurement including % of Spend on PO, % of Spend on Catalog, After the Fact PO %, etc. Lead the creation of a savings dashboard to ensure procurement initiative savings are being captured from suppliers. Owner of procurement related enhancements and configurations of Procure-To-Pay System (Odoo). Liaise with employees across all LATAM countries to answer purchasing questions and solve issues with Procure-To-Pay System. Work closely with the category managers to operationalize the pricing of RFPs in the Procure-To-Pay System. Assist in the creation of end user training materials as they relate to Procurement processes and the Odoo system. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business management, or a related field, or equivalent related work or military experience. 2 years of combined experience in a Procure-to-Pay role is necessary. Experience working at a third-party logistics provider. Solid experience with and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Proficiency with Odoo is a must. Proficiency with PowerBI. Conversational English is a must.
