With our strong presence in the region and our talented team, we are well-positioned to deliver innovative solutions that improve the safety and reliability of vehicles.**Your Role**:- Be the strategic, go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related.- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to build high-performance teams.- Be knowledgeable about the business and teams, and attend product team meetings and function as a member of assigned technical teams. Embed yourself.- Partner with HR partners, hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning.- Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on Software and System.- Lead calibration meetings with market intelligence and drive decision making after onsite interviews, guide hiring teams to make the right decisions.- Keep all business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting.**Your Background**:- Bachelor's Degree- **3+ years of experience in TA, recruiting **salary (professional) and executive positions.- **Excellent English level (90%+)**- Experience with Software and System position is a plus- Team player**Why join us?**- **You can grow at Aptiv. **Aptiv provides an inclusive work environment where all individuals can grow and develop, regardless of gender, ethnicity or beliefs.- **You can have an impact **.
