Ciencia de datos, Informática, Actuaría, Estadística, Matemáticas, o carreras afín.Experiência:- **Experiência en marketing y ventas en una empresa de bienes de consumo de alta rotación (CPG) y de Retail.**:- **Experiência indispensable en mercado Retail y manejo de información de fuentes como Nielsen, ISCAM, NPD.**:- **Inglés conversacional indispensable**:- Experiência en el uso de herramientas de análisis y visualización de datos (Power BI, Tableau, QlikSense).- Experiência en manejo de indicadores de Retail.- Conocimiento en programas de lealtad y marketing.- Capacidad de capacitar a usuarios y realizar presentaciones y entrenamientos.- Experiência demostrada en la traducción de datos y análisis de puntos de venta (POS) e iniciativas de mercado relevantes dentro de la industria de bienes de consumo.- Capacidad para establecer una relación entre funciones y níveles dentro de una organización.- Capacidad comprobada de consultar con los clientes para influir en su toma de decisiones.Requerimientos:- Radique en Mty, N.L.- Disponibilidad para viajar.- Inglés avanzado a nível negocios, escrito y hablado.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo: $40k - $45k brutos mensuales.- Zona de Trabajo: Santa Catarina, Nuevo León- Esquema de Trabajo Presencial 100%- Prestaciones de Ley- Desarrollo profesionalTipo de puesto: Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Descuento de gimnasio- Opción a contrato indefinido- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldo- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
