Position Summary:Offering technical Support to the ITT Sales offices (US, North American Distributors, LAR region and other countries) with quotes, delivery time and prices for spare parts and pump quotes of all our products manufacture in Mexico: VIT, 3700, 3910 according with the customer special requirements to prepare and submit final quotes, also to attend meetings for all the projects during the bid stage.Essential Responsibilities:- Offering Technical support to different sales offices of ITT around the world with quotes, delivery time and prices for spare parts and pump quotes of all our products manufacture in Mexico: VIT, 3700, 3910- An estimate lead-time to deliver a quote by the Application Engineer: Spare Parts - 2 days, Pumps 2-3 Days.- Revision of the cost and margin of all the projects on bid stage according by the factory expectation.- AE needs to work together with purchasing department to get costs of main components also with production department to get the estimate lead-time for pumps.Position Requirements:**EDUCATION**:Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or similarHigh English level**CREDENTIALS OR CERTIFICATIONS**:**EXPERIENCE**:**2 years as Application Engineering**Experience in metal mechanical sector (Pumps, valves, electric motors)Reviewing of the Customer Specifications, data sheets, formats, procedures, work instructions.Experience in meetings with customers, English communication**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**:API 610 11th edit for pumpsAPI 682 4th edit. for Mechanical sealsNEMA MG1 for electric MotorASTM, ASME, ANSI, HISExcel, word,Data sheets comprehensionPRISM Selection program or similar
