Serás el experto que participará en nuestros proyectos y tendrás acceso a startups disruptivas y marcas globales. Contexto del rol La posición se orienta principalmente al área de ingeniería de datos, no tanto a ciencia de datos. El rol implica alta versatilidad técnica: cada proyecto puede requerir actividades distintas, desde automatización de reportes hasta mantenimiento de Data Lakes o desarrollo de microservicios con Python. Ejemplos de tareas Automatización de procesos y reportes. Creación y mantenimiento de APIs REST (GET, POST, PUT, PATCH, DELETE). Desarrollo de microservicios y herramientas internas (por ejemplo, apps en Flask para conversión de URLs en QR codes). Limpieza, clasificación y procesamiento de datos. Conexión y orquestación de datos en Microsoft Fabric o Data Lakes. Scraping web y almacenamiento de datos en SQL. Apoyo a áreas de Analytics mediante endpoints o APIs. Perfil deseado Experiencia de 3+ años en desarrollo backend o ingeniería de datos con Python. Conocimiento sólido en bases de datos SQL (consultas, estructuras y conexión desde APIs). Capacidad para desarrollar soluciones end-to-end, desde la extracción hasta la exposición de datos. Experiencia en automatización de procesos o desarrollo de herramientas internas. Habilidad para trabajar en entornos colaborativos, adaptándose a distintas necesidades técnicas. Deseable experiencia con Microsoft Fabric o herramientas similares (Synapse, Azure Data Lake). Deseable conocimiento de Databricks (no requerido inicialmente). Deseable familiaridad con librerías de análisis y ML en Python (pandas, scikit-learn, numpy, etc.). Inglés intermedio para lectura técnica y comunicación básica con el equipo. Perfil autodidacta, adaptable y en búsqueda de estabilidad, orientación a proyectos de largo plazo. Conocimientos técnicos requeridos Python avanzado, con dominio de librerías de análisis de datos, automatización y scraping. Frameworks: Flask, FastAPI o similares Desarrollo de APIs (RESTful) y microservicios. Bases de datos SQL (lectura, escritura, estructuración de datos). Automatización de procesos (scripts, ETL ligeros, robots). Cloud / Data: Microsoft Fabric (deseable), Azure Synapse, Data Lakes, Databricks (plus). Versionamiento (Git, GitHub o similar). Experiencia en proyectos productivos con Flask o frameworks similares. Deseables / a desarrollar Conocimiento de Microsoft Fabric ideal si tiene conocimiento previo con Synapse (deseable, no obligatorio de entrada). Familiaridad con Data Lakes. Experiencia o interés en Databricks. Conocimientos básicos de Machine Learning aplicado a clasificación. Benefits
