Provide expert guidance to leadership and stake holders, identify and create the gap analysis.**Strategy Development**:- Deployment: Lead the development and implementation of transformation strategies aligned with the organization´s goals and objectives by identyfing the opportunities for manufacturing, evaluate emerging technologies and asses their potentioal impact on the business. Lead the business cases through deep return over investment analysis (ROIC) and create the road map.Define, develop and implement a Manufacturing strategy, which contributes to all diferent electronics-SMT strategic directions.**Change Managament**: Drive organizational changes aligned with the organization metrics and goals, using our shared values and competences, following the Art of ths possible methodology in order to create a solid and self-directed team to operate and improve.**Cost Management**: Identify creative ways to reduce cost by streamlining processes and systems (i.e. modification of responsibilities or consolidation of tasks, elimination of non-value-added processes, or complete re-engineering of processes and systems).Utilize tools to monitor departmental cost and cost trends, striving continuously to improve value.**Tareas y responsabilidades clave (funciones esenciales)**:- Create a Training plan for all Electronics Engineers- Create action plans to promote an environment where we have 0 defects through systemics actions (Pokayoke Oriented)- Coordinate and ensure the correct Asset Utilization in Mexico plants.- Develop and implement processes improvements that impacts safety, quality, productivity and service level.- Create a production model with NPI state of the art proceses to maximize the productivity and quality levels.**Experiência preferida (es decir, sector de experiência)**:- ´+ 5 years of experience in similar position- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering- Extensive knowledge of Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering philosophies and processes.- Deep understanding for all SMT related best practices and equipments.- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with plant Directors, VPs and SVPs- Demostrated ability to deliver efective coaching and train others- Passion for people- Excellent attention to details and administration skills.
