**Accounts Payable Intern US & Canada**:**About the Role**:We are looking for a proactive student with the willingness to learn and start a career in the accounting field. Supporting the accounts Payable team for US and Canada.We're looking for people who embody our values, aren't afraid to challenge, innovate, experiment, and move at a fast pace. If this is you, we'd love to talk.**Responsibilities**- Invoice processing: Assist in the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.- Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records.- Vendor Management: Help identify inconsistencies in vendor files, including contact information and payment details.- Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts payable transactions and resolving discrepancies.- Reporting: Prepare and generate transactional backlog reports for review by senior staff.- Administrative support: Provide general administrative support to the accounts payable team, including spot checks, quality reviews, dunning support.**Experience & Competencies**- Ideally studying accounting, business administration, financial or similar- Attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong communication skills, and willingness to learn- Be self-directed, meet deadlines and demonstrate strong work ethic- Advance English - oral and written communication skills- Open to work part time- Studying at least 6th semester**What We Can Offer You**:Our purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
