Cascade and drive the plans to achieve the Quality Business Plan Targets for both Forward and Current Model programs. In this position you may be working with Ford Blue or Ford Model E, helping to improve the quality of our vehicles for our customers and to deliver BIC products customers want and desire. Engineering required.- Working knowledge of GPDS online to include filtering/interpreting quality deliverables- Working knowledge of RD Mapping tool and BSAQ- Experience with GSAR & QARS as it relates to warranty and QNPS (including QED & Reliability Dashboard)- Familiarity with quality forecasting and creation of waterfall charts (Warranty, QNPS, IQS)- Familiarity with Click View/Click Sense- Intermediate user of Excel and PowerPoint- Vehicle attribute and system familiarity a plus- GDIA experience a plus- Basic statistics experience a plus- Key Responsibilities (Forward Model)- Cascade vehicle line quality targets from the Quality Business Plan team to achieve vehicle quality leadership- Lead the vehicle line Quality Life Cycle Process for all applicable forward model milestones- Collaborate with Functional Quality teams in determining architecture/content/actions to deliver program quality targets - aligned with chief program engineer- Verify development, sign-off, and implementation of New Technologies to achieve- Support development, sign-off, and implementation of the Campaign Prevention Plan- Lead development of DRP (Deliverable Recovery Plan) as required- Lead the assessment of Milestone Quality to ensure the robustness of the gateways leading to prototype and pre-production builds fromthru(including "Meets Program Intent" assessments).- Lead the assessment of Milestone Quality deliverables on the GI (global integrator) to ensure the robustness of the gateways leading to prototype and pre-production builds from/thru- Lead Quality Assessments to support the Quality Launch Scorecard- Key Responsibilities (Current Model)- Analyze current model quality data (warranty, QNPS, IQS, VDS, Consumers Report) to identify design opportunities to achieve vehicle quality targets- Work with the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) and functional quality team to obtain approval for current model and in-cycle quality actions required to achieve quality targets- Work with the Plant Vehicle Team (PVT) to ensure vehicle line quality glidepaths accurately depict current status- Support implementation of customer inspection clinics (where applicable/major programs).- Support Program Quality updates for Team Rooms
