This role will additionally require building critical relationships with key team members (locally and corporate)**Your Impact**As SC Planning Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist ofThis Plant Scheduler role, will connect the middle process of the Supply Chain MCC scope, transforming the Master Planner Schedule in a Detail Line Schedule, balancing the short and long therm of our planning process. This role is responsible for delivering gold standard Daily Schedule according with the service needs, the ideal sequence of manufacturing, the validate throughput for each packaging machine and product by ensuring day today order processing and maintaining site performance metrics using standard processes and best practices.Ensure the Production Orders created by DPP and according with the MPS Solution, this activity will improve the DLS adherence up tu 65%Optimizes sequences and minimizing change overs (it includes item and flavor level), so we can achieve a Plant True Efficiency better than 85% (only for the Savory BU)Get the things done and on time at the digital systems to contribute to get an operational excellence on Manufacturing Fill Rate better than 92%This position will manage, set and track the production of 29 flavors, 120 items, 4 production lines and 78 packaging machinesSchedules and enable timely and seamless Production Orders across the entire Supply Chain.Quickly engage with business needs and a perfect match of units to identify, interpret, and set mitigation plans in place to ensure sales deliveries to all customers, so we can reach the target service KPIs (OOS, Organized Trade FR, Producto Availability Index)Ensure support and engagement with all the MCC Supply Chain areas (MRP, DRP, MPS and DLS) while working with a potentially remote, virtual team, and at the same time connecting with the local team (Manufacturing, Warehousing and Transportation)Qualifications:**¿Who Are We Looking For?**Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Operations Management, Engineering or applicable degree required.2-5 years of Operations/Plant experience (preferred at PMF)English Intermediate preferredWorking knowledge of digital systems (SAP, MyISCP, BY) Intermediate preferredExperience preferred or Working knowledge of inhouse digital tools (DPP, CockPit)Productive process knowledge (business inside preferred)Continuos integration of digital tools and the way of communication and follow up of themPeople management experience (desired but not indispensable)Utilize technical/functional knowledge that creates opportunities and solves business problemsSoft Skills Preferred:Ability to positively influence teams outside of direct responsibility and across multiple business unitsAbility to influence leadership and operate in a matrix environmentCapable of leading a remote**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs a
