If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.- We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as APQP Engineer, based in Torres Plant, Ciudad Juarez, Mexico (E-Systems Division).- As APQP engineer will have an excellent opportunity to work in create the controls for production lines reporting directly to a Quality Coordinator.- Your Task will be:- Release of "tooling" and equipment of the entire production line.- Coordinate the PPAP process.- Generation of control plan and activities of Quality Gate.- Define the special characteristics of the harness based on customer requirements.- Coordination of early phase samples.To be successful in this role you will need:- Education: Graduated from Engineering Industrial or any other related.- 3 years or more of experience in Quality area and the Automotive Industry.- Proficient with Microsoft Office.- English 70%.- Knowledge Minitab.- You should have great analytical skills, to be creative/ innovative, to have initiative, to be persistent and open to criticism and others' ideas.Puesto: Calidad**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
