**Position**:Customer Sales SpecialistArrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara. As a Customer Sales Specialist, you will work to establish and retain strong and influential customer, supplier, and internal relationships. By providing professional, timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and requests, you will maintain industry leading customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity to set the foundation for an impactful and successful career at Arrow**What You'll Be Doing**:- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs**What We're Looking For**:- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement- 1-3 years of customer service and/or sales experience- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English**What's In It For You**:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
