Technical Program Manager for The Database

As **a seasoned Technical Program Manager **, you will always “put the customer first” and have the mentality of “act now and iterate”. You will partner with product and engineering teams to manage innovative cloud products. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.- **A minimum of 6 years of experience delivering technical products and projects in a highly technical environment. And a minimum 4 years experience in software program management and/or engineering management.**:- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities. Ability to succeed through collaboration and working through internal and external organizations and individuals.- Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations. Comfortable presenting to large internal groups and leadership team members.- **Demonstrated ability to think broadly, strategically collaborate and influence Product/Engineering/QA/Operations service owners**:- Self-driven, analytical, and results oriented with proven sound judgment.- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, and analytical skills- **Technical understanding of enterprise level cloud technologies**:- **Understanding of the software development lifecycle/ PMI or SCRUM Master Certification; experience with Agile methodologies, and working knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence)****Responsibilities**:- Lead multiple technology programs and product features. Define milestones, success criteria, manage dependencies and deliver iteratively.- Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues and risks to stakeholders.- Identify and drive process improvements across multiple teams.- Use best-in-class project management techniques to achieve project goals on time with a high level of quality, while managing expectations of stakeholders- Work collaboratively with other Program Managers and Engineering leaders toward common Engineering vision and goals.- Drive the tracking and management of roadmaps, project schedules, risks/mitigation plans, deliverables and KPI’s.- Communicate program status, program readiness, business and technical issues, risks and their resolution across Engineering, including senior management.- Utilize your technical background to help drive resolution to complex technical issues across various teamsManage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
