She/he will work closely with experts in operation in the design, analysis and execution of campaigns with impact throughout spanish speaking latam as well as market intelligence and user research.Role Responsibilities:Supporting the team on:- Competition analysis (pricing, features, strengths, weaknesses)- Daily market analysis and reports- Campaign strategy analysis, execution and implementation- Business results follow up and optimization proposalsRole Qualifications:- Students from Business Administration, Economics or similar- Proactive, curious and driven by challenge- Data Driven thinking, focused on results.- Willingness to own projects and make them happen.- Professional proficiency in Spanish and English.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Detail-oriented and able to deliver results with high expectations on timeliness and qualityEEO Statement:**You'll love working at DiDi because**- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
