Act as the leader of Utilities operations to ensure continuity and achieve zero downtime, enabling the proper functioning of all plants. Main Responsibilities • Responsible for managing OPEX and CAPEX projects aimed at improving Nemak’s infrastructure. • Lead the daily operation and plan the medium- and long-term infrastructure of utilities (mechanical, electrical, compressed air, natural gas, and water). • Manage the OPEX budget, consistently seeking cost reduction and optimizing expenses efficiently and intelligently on a daily basis. • Ensure legal and corporate compliance to maintain site operations and uphold the company’s reputation. • Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and controlling predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance within the area. • Manage operations based on key performance indicators to improve daily performance; continuously develop KPIs and scorecards. • Maintain direct interaction with governmental entities. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives. • Collaborate directly with the site leadership team to build alliances that enhance client performance through effective resource management; promote cross-functional interactions to improve Nemak’s overall performance. • Oversee compliance with the area’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) to ensure internal customer satisfaction. • Conduct feasibility studies, generate alternatives, perform economic analysis, and select proposals for investment projects. • Prepare management-level reports to evaluate administrative performance and area results Position Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related. • Master´s degree in quality, maintenance, energy or related (required) • Results Oriented Problem Solving • Project Management • Maintenance Management • English Proficient.
