We are seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join us as a Policy Operations Associate focused on Latin America. This role will focus on driving action, streamlining processes, and optimizing operations, while facilitating decision-making across our team.This is a full-time position located in our Mexico City office.**Policy Operations Associate Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with local and cross-functional teams to streamline internal processes and workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with company policies throughout the purchasing process, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability- Analyze data trends and insights to provide actionable recommendations for optimizing policy operations and resource allocation- Update and maintain databases to ensure relevant information is readily accessible for decision-making purposes**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Public Policy, or a related field- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and synthesize data to drive decision-making- Proven experience in process improvement, project management, or operations optimization- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments- Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and compliance in all operational activities- Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to effectively communicate insights and trends- Fluent Engilsh**Preferred Qualifications**:- Experience working in a policy, regulatory, or operations role within a multinational organization or government agency- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements relevant to the Latin American region- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable solutions to operational challenges**About Meta**: Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
