In this role, you will oversee a team of recruiters, drive full cycle recruiting strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top talent that aligns with our business goals and culture.You’ll act as a key partner to business leaders, providing market insights, optimizing hiring processes, and building a strong employer brand in the region.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance management.- Partners with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.- Use data and analytics to track hiring metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruitment efficiency.- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key roles and hard-to-fill positions.- Manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, and recruitment platforms.- Champion employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in Mexico.- Ensure recruitment processes comply with all local labor laws and internal policies.- Lead diversity hiring efforts and inclusive recruiting practices.- Collaborate with regional/global HR and TA teams to align on best practices, tools, and technology.**Basic Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including 2+ years in a leadership role.- Proven experience hiring across a variety of functions (e.g., commercial, tech, operations).- Strong knowledge of the talent market in Mexico and regional hiring trends.- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.- Bilingual: Fluency in Spanish and English is required.- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth or matrixed environment is a plus.**We offer**- Competitive salary- Industry Competitive Benefits- Comprehensive health and life insurance- Career Development and Growth- And more, designed to support both your personal and professional life**If you are interested, please send your resume in English****Equal Employment Opportunity**CompuCom is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in all employment practices.
