No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs**Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Design and develop the learning solutions for TechSales project to ensure the development of the key skills and knowledge for assigned functions in LATAM sector, using the proper instructional design methodology, coordination with media production team and main point of contact between the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure the timely delivery of the solutions for each scrum. Create the most engaging and effective learning experiences for our learners.**Your Impact**As HR Learning Analyst your responsibilities would consist ofDesign and validate the proposed L&D solution for its assigned functions following the main process and ensuring having the input from business experts, outside consultants and or functional leaders (SMEs) when needed.
