Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.**What will you do?**- Monitor overall performance of Finance and Accounting Factory- Provide management with information to the decision-making process- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process.- Closing month, including analysis- Reporting and analysis of factory and P&L impact.- Work so close to operations areas to understand gaps and implement actions.- Close communication whit all involved areas to achieve the results.- Identify and build partnership with key areas.- Sox Controls reporting and controls.- Reviews F4G programs are developed in line whit plant goals and business plans.**Localidad**: Lerma (Presencial)**What you will need to succeed?**- Experience in Supply Chain Cost- Be able to demonstrate influencing and interpersonal skills- Agility, leadership, proactivity.- Presentation Skills- Excellent analytical skills with ability to extract, organize, analize, significant amount of data- Attention to detail and aptitude to solve complex problems- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders- Excellent knowledge in excel, power point and power BI- Advanced English- SAP**IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO APPLY IF YOU ARE A FOREIGNER**:- Current Mxican work Visa- Social Security number (NSS)- CURP- RFC
