**Position Title**:IT**SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer****About Advanced Energy****Position Summary**:The SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining custom solutions in an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role provides the opportunity to work on the entire lifecycle of our SAP S/4 HANA implementation project, and various enhancement development projects following program rollout. This position will be working in virtual and culturally diverse teams, aligning closely with internal colleagues, partners to ensure a successful assigned tasks completion.**Responsibilities**:- Analyze, develop, modify, install, test and maintain SAP full stack solutions (ABAP and Fiori).- Work within the IT group to design the processes and prepare the functional and technical specifications used for solutions development.- Set up development guidelines and methodologies.- Adhere to coding standards set forth by IT leadership.- Perform code reviews for other developers to ensure proper coding standards were adhered to.- Ensure all development objects are well documented and update documents as changes are made.- Mentor other members of the team helping them to improve skills.- Autonomously run small sized projects end-to-end in the absence of project management, including managing scope and user expectations.- Work as a fully contributing team member with independent planning & execution responsibilities.- Innovate and bring to the table your ideas for improving the solutions, projects, or processes within the company.- Negotiate solutions before changes are implemented, gets buy in from all parties.- Install, implement, and test new SAP software upgrades and recommend future development framework to IT management.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related field.- At least 2 years related experience on the following:- SAP ABAP development.- SAP Fiori development.- SAP ABAP for HANA development.- Proven end-to-end (full life cycle) implementation of SAP S/4HANA experience.- Strong knowledge on the following:- SAP ABAP Object Oriented Programming Language- SAP SmartForms, SAPScripts, Adobe Forms, User-exits, BADI’s, IDOCs and Web Services- ABAP and SAP UI5/Fiori debugging- Technical knowledge of SAP systems and a high-level understanding of functional areas such as FI, SD, MM, etc.- Ability to review and comprehend both technical and functional specifications and coordinate with other team members.- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to drive root cause analysis on incidents and problems.- Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.- Ability to work in fast paced environment and juggle multiple projects at the same time.- Solid time management skills and the ability to provide accurate time estimation while working on multiple projects and supporting various business areas.- Should be proactive and willing to learn. This position will be trained in SAP Cloud Integration (formerly known as SAP CPI).- Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP RICEFW objects.- Extensive hands-on knowledge in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.- Extensive hands-on development knowledge with SAP UI5/Fiori with XML, HTML5 or JavaScript, and OData services.- Hands-on knowledge with SAP Web IDE development workbench.- Extensive knowledge in creating AMDP views, CDS views, Table functions, and CDS exposure.As part of our total rewards philosophy, we believe in offering and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs for our employees in order to attract and retain a talented, highly engaged workforce.
