_Purpose of the job_Responsible for Talen Adquisition processes for Mexico.Support other HR assigned processes.- Key responsibilities_- Development of Recruitment strategies in conjunction with hiring managers to support the businesses and functions in Mexico.- Responsiblefor updating and following the Recruitment and Selection procedure.- Ensure effective communication with hiring managers about their responsibilities to guarantee an effective recruitment process and successful hiring for new employees in the company; this includes processes in Success Factors.- Register new employees in TRESS system.- Work with NA Talent Adquisition team to implement improvements in the TA process- Keep track of the recruitment process and update metrics indicators.- Participate in job fair, networking events, College Relations, etc.- Act responsibly in supporting the branding and image of AkzoNobel in all recruitment activities.- Advice leaders and employees related job descriptions, P&D process, Success Factors.- Successfully manage below personnel benefits and provide answers to questions or doubts from employees about them:- major medical and life insurance- service recognition- Payroll & Benefits Specialist back up.- Responsible to be in compliance and answer to audits related Recruitment and Personnel Selection (IATF, OSHAS, ISO, others) for all México.- Support all HR processes when needed and promote improvements.- Ensure HSE standardscompliance.- Job requirements_- HR, Psychology, Administration degree or related.- Recruitment experience from 3 to 5 years with high volume recruiting.- Experience with competency-based assessments- Working knowledge of sourcing through social media is highly preferred.- Ability to travel; generally, less than 5% is needed.- Must possess strong networking, communication and relationship-building skills.- Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver customer-focused, bottom-line oriented talent acquisition solutions as a member of a functional team is required- Fluent EnglishTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Horario flexible- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Apoyo para estudios- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono anualLugar de trabajo: Una ubicación- Health insurance
