As a Senior Production Artist at ICON, you will be responsible for leading the production of high-quality visual materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in all design outputs.What You Will Be Doing:- Developing and executing production strategies to create high-quality visual materials for various media.- Leading the design and production of graphics, layouts, and other visual elements for print and digital platforms.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and product development, to ensure cohesive and effective visual communication.- Mentoring and guiding junior production artists, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.- Driving the development of design templates and style guides to ensure consistency across all visual materials.- Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate best practices into production strategies.- Contributing to the overall visual identity of the company through effective design and production management.Your Profile:- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.- Extensive experience in graphic design and production, with a proven track record of creating high-quality visual materials.- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and production tools.- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams effectively.- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to diverse audiences.- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.LI-FP1LI-HybridWhat ICON can offer you:- Our success depends on the quality of our people.
