This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.**Role Overview**As the HR Manager, you will oversee and guide the Human Resources function for our site in Yucatán. You will play a key role in shaping the HR strategy, aligning it with business goals, and ensuring compliance with global and local standards.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage the HR Business Partner unit in alignment with defined objectives and KPIs.- Design and implement HR initiatives to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.- Oversee standards, governance, and processes in the HR area of responsibility.- Define and manage budgets for HR-related activities and projects.- Drive improvements in team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and individual growth.- Act as the functional leader for HR commercial partners at the site/country level.- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and local labor laws while maintaining alignment with global HR strategies.**Key Skills and Competencies****Functional/Professional**:- Corporate behavior science expertise.- In-depth knowledge of HR in industrial contexts.- Change management experience.- Policy, standards, and procedure development.- Relationship management.- Unit management and talent management.- Experience in learning and development.- Knowledge in procurement and acquisition processes.- Organizational culture expertise.**Methodological Skills**:- Strong understanding of norms and procedures.- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).- Project management capabilities.- Analytical methods for problem-solving and decision-making.- Process improvement techniques.- Performance indicators and data interpretation expertise.- Facilitation and team coaching skills.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as an HR Manager in an industrial or automotive setting.- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.- Comprehensive knowledge of Mexican labor laws and global HR standards.**What We Offer**:- Competitive salary and benefits package.- A collaborative and innovative work environment.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the automotive industry.**_Be part of a team that’s dedicated to Empowering Connections and shaping the future of the automotive industry_
