We value and share a range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.**The Opportunity**:Mattel is currently seeking a **Corporate Events Manager**; this role will be a member of a dynamic team and be responsible of leading corporate events**What Your Impact Will Be**- Lead event planning & execution for experiences considering all LATAM customers.- Partner with all Mattel functions as a Consultant for Mattel Events- Align vendor capabilities to maximize return on investments in partnership with Procurement team.- Vendor management (Negotiations, budget management, event concept briefs).- Virtual events for up to 400 assistants.- Develop event conceptual proposals balancing business goals, budget and creativity / Partner with all functions as a consultant for event concepts- Event planning partner for local / low-impact events.- Provide event planning tools & operating principles- Ability to manage highly dynamic needs, changing time frames and maximize available resources- Budget management ownership**What We’re Looking For**:- Strong experience with corporate events- Strong communication skills- Attention to detail with Mattel's highly restricted information- Experience with Budget management- Teamwork- Leadership- Advanced English level**What It’s Like To Work Here**:We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
