**Location**- Monterrey, Mexico**Job ID**- **Category**- Administration, Facilities & Secretarial**Be part of the best team**:Sustainable Operations is looking for an experienced project manager to drive and manage local projects in our Monterrey factory in close collaboration with local collaborators.The main priority is to develop and manage sustainability projects in construction and production according to our global project model and processes for senior partner approval including case development, tendering, and calculation of return on investments, but also reporting project impacts on a monthly basis after implementation. Our sustainability portfolio includes projects for reducing CO2, energy, water, and waste impact.The role includes managing projects, co-developing new projects with collaborators, managing the budgets, reporting monthly status, tracking results, and mitigating actions when needed.**Responsibilities**:- To define projects from start to end, following the LEGO® Project Model (LPM) framework and the collaborators’ requested needs and requirements: purpose, objective, scope, deliverables, dependencies, and constraints by creating the Case in alignment with the Steering Committee.- Be accountable of the planning, execution, and control of the assigned projects, defined by the Steering Committee (scope, schedule, cost, quality) and to the LPM, by handling the guidelines and standard processes applicable, including timely communication to all levels and proper closure and documentation of all project elements (lessons learned, ops. Documents, benefits harvest, etc.).- Perform adequate team member management by identifying, communicating and collaborating with all related departments, customers and partners involved in Global or Local sustainability projects; including coordination of tasks with Operations and Engineering areas, to ensure the correct level of engagement in the project.- Responsible to define and create a temporarily organization; identify and solicit the needed resources (material, budget and labor) for the assigned projects, by defining the needed roles & responsibilities in order to achieve the objectives; includes partnering with Financial Controller to manage budget approval and control.- Be accountable of the objectives’ completion for the project by the identification, definition, alignment and approval of project requirements and changes from relevant collaborators; as well as definition and follow-up of adequate KPIs with the partnering areas to ensure proper handover to the receiving organization.- Be accountable of the contractor and suppliers’ work, making sure the best quality is delivered by supervising, coordinating and delegating the right resources (internal and external) looking to minimize idle time and assuring that all LEGO related processes are met (EHS, Security, Procurement, Legal, LEGO Standards, etc.).- Act as the link and go-to person between Sustainable Operations, local facilities, global projects, and other local team members in manufacturing, procurement etc; by actively participating in workshops, providing guidance, technical information, requirements, standards and supporting other areas’ activities and projects.- To lead and support local sustainability projects, aligned with strategic priorities of the company and Project Portfolio, such as: development of processes to structure, standardize, simplify, measure and improve project activities aligned with the Global LPM standards and governance (metrics, KPIs, templates, graphics, visual aids, Power BI reports, etc.).- ** Play your part in our team succeeding**:- Manager: Sustainable Operations is the global department within LEGO Group that lead the change journey towards zero impact in our factories. We lead, design and implement sustainable solutions primarily within energy/CO2, water, and waste - in a circular demeanor, which means eliminating negative impact on our local and global environment. Sustainable Operations is moreover responsible for leading the global portfolio for CO2, energy, water, and waste reductions, tracking of realized reductions towards zero-impact, and the portfolio office for sustainability in Engineering & Workplace. We identify and implement reduction projects in close collaboration with the production sites and other partners.**Requirements**:- Environmental, Construction or Engineering master degree preferably related to sustainability in production;- PMP(Project management professional certificate);- Constructor’s certificate or Cost engineer certificate is preferred- +5 years’ experience in construction and/or production facility project management;- Familiar with the whole process of project management;- Proficient in construction project preparation and initiation: feasibility study, budgeting, risk and impact assessment, and tendering process management.- Capability in developing technical p
