You will be part of the Data Science team and you will partner with various business units to deliver insights and understandings of client and product dynamics.**Responsibilities**- Lead the product understanding process.- Understand funnels, ecosystems, user behaviors, user segments and long - term trends in the adoption of our products to identify opportunities to accelerate growth of our products.- Define and perform ongoing analysis that helps the business unit confidently answer questions such as "What characteristics do our high value customers share?" and "What does our successful and less-successful users do once they discover us?".- Balance speed and quality with a focus on tangible result.- Capacity to convincingly communicate findings to business and product heads in a way that the insights can derive in a clear valuable business opportunity.**Experience Required**- Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field).- Minimum of 2 years in similar role.- Strong statistical knowledge- Experience thinking strategically.- Proficient coding in Python and SQL.- Be comfortable creating data visualizations to fulfill ad hoc analytical requests- Flexible and focused on solutions.- An ownership mindset.
