Como Talent Acquisition Sr. Partner, tendrás la responsabilidad de liderar los procesos de reclutamiento para el mercado mexicano, así como algunos equipos globales, asegurando la atracción y selección de los mejores perfiles comerciales, aunque tu enfoque principal será atender todos los perfiles del negocio según las necesidades que surjan. Trabajarás de cerca con los líderes de negocio y HR para garantizar que estamos construyendo equipos de alto rendimiento, a través de procesos ágiles y efectivos.
El éxito en este puesto se mide por tu capacidad para optimizar y construir funnels de talento eficientes, mantener un enfoque data-driven en todas las etapas del proceso de reclutamiento, y ofrecer resultados de alta calidad bajo presión, especialmente en proyectos de contratación masiva. También será clave tu habilidad para gestionar relaciones con stakeholders y asegurar que todas las áreas estén alineadas con la estrategia de atracción de talento.
Como Parte De Rappi, Serás Responsable De:

  • Liderar el proceso de adquisición de talento en México y otros equipos globales, con un enfoque principal en perfiles comerciales, aunque también atenderás todos los perfiles del negocio según las necesidades.
  • Construir relaciones estratégicas con los líderes de negocio y HR para entender sus necesidades y asegurar que estamos atrayendo y reteniendo el mejor talento disponible.
  • Aplicar y gestionar entrevistas por competencias, assessments y paneles, garantizando una selección efectiva y basada en datos.
  • Ser un partner de negocio, proporcionando insights basados en datos y optimizando el proceso de reclutamiento para mejorar la calidad y eficiencia de los funnels de contratación.
  • Gestionar y priorizar múltiples proyectos de reclutamiento masivo bajo presión, con un enfoque en el cumplimiento de plazos y calidad en los resultados.
  • Trabajar de cerca con stakeholders clave para asegurar que los procesos de contratación estén alineados con las necesidades del negocio.
  • Mantener un sistema de reporting eficiente, asegurando el seguimiento de las métricas clave de desempeño en el proceso de reclutamiento.
  • Ser propositivo en la identificación y ejecución de mejoras en el proceso de adquisición de talento, generando impacto en la atracción de los mejores perfiles.

¿Cuáles son los requisitos para que yo sea parte de este universo de neón?

  • Experiencia mínima de 3-5 años en reclutamiento, con un enfoque principal en perfiles comerciales en sectores como retail o tech.
  • Conocimiento en entrevistas por competencias, assessments, y paneles de selección.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos de reclutamiento masivo de manera simultánea y bajo presión.
  • Enfoque data-driven, con habilidades para analizar métricas y optimizar procesos de reclutamiento.
  • Excelente capacidad para gestionar relaciones con stakeholders de diferentes niveles jerárquicos.
  • Nivel de inglés básico/intermedio.
  • Mentalidad orientada a resultados, con capacidad para tomar ownership y ejecutar con alta eficiencia.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en un entorno dinámico, con una fuerte orientación a la mejora continua.
