Which is why we foster a culture of inclusion and belonging where all perspectives, abilities and experiences are valued and our people can reach their potential.At Johnson & Johnson, we all belong.We are searching for the best talent for a Pricing & Revenue Management Specialist to be located in Mexico City, MEX.Purpose:Responsible for coordinating efforts between the sales, deliver, strategic pricing and finance teams specifically for the creation, upload, administration and processing of sales deals, contracts, and procedure selling.Support with pricing advanced analytics connecting and managing the different variables and sources of information creating deliverables for the business.Main responsibilities are:- Uploading and administrating price data in SAP/ SFDC (list prices, segment discounts, base prices, BOMs, contracts, billing process, etc.)- Support in the modelling of Procedure Selling- Manage the pricing data deliverables related to the PnL by account, update, governance and maintenance with the different areas and stakeholders (sources of information as OPEX, Logistics, commercial discounts)- Leading projects related to the simplification of pricing architecture and authorization flows.- Leading price approval flows according to the local pricing policy.- Working closely with the strategic side of the team to ensure adherence to the pricing strategy.- Working with the principal stakeholders to ensure compliance on the pricing requests.- Lead audit processes, as well as meet price supports.- Be a business partner with functional areas to facilitate the invoicing process.- Supporting Portfolio and MDG process.Core competencies /skills:This position requires a proactive, mature, and self-reliant person who can work under pressure and can comply with specific short deadlines. Must have strong analytical and numerical skills in addition process oriented. The person should have the ability to navigate in a complex and global organization such as J&J.**Qualifications**:- University D egree is required.- A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in analytical and/or pricing and revenue management areas is required.- Advance English level is required.- Experience working effectively with cross functional teams.- Business Partner and Process orientation with attention to detail.- Strong connect as well as a sense of urgency.- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot), Power BI is preferrable. Previous experience working with databases in general is preferrable.- Strong organization and prioritization skills.- SAP, SFDC knowledge is preferrable.
