Our positive company culture empowers every team member, ensuring they feel valued as we provide reliable roofing solutions to our community.**Summary****Responsibilities**- Edit and deliver **20 short-form videos per month** (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) using raw footage provided by our team- Produce and edit **1 long-form YouTube video per week**:- Develop and execute a **content calendar** and social media strategy aligned with company goals- Manage and grow our presence across **Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok**:- Write engaging captions and select high-performing hashtags to drive engagement- Monitor all social media channels for comments, DMs, and customer interaction- Analyze content performance and provide monthly reports and recommendations- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to maintain brand consistency**Requirements**:- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or Video Editor- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)- Experience creating content for social platforms, especially Reels, TikToks, and YouTube- Understanding of content performance metrics, algorithms, and growth tactics- Strong creative eye and attention to detail- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus**Location**- **Remote****Compensation**- Monthly pay (based on experience and skillset)- Long-term opportunity with potential to grow with the companyIf you're passionate about visual storytelling and social media growth, and you’re looking for a flexible, remote opportunity with a growing U.S.based brand, we’d love to hear from you**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $3,600.00 - $7,200.00 per weekExpected hours: 20 per weekWork Location: Remote
