**Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator,**Sunstrong International is looking for a customer service coordinator has experience on order management, farmiliar with ERP system.**Key Responsibilities**:- Order Management, follow up customer orders and to confirm delivery schedule in a timely manner.- Manage forecast/inventory and material planning with customer and coordinate factory team to excute that.- Update orders/delivery schedule/Material inventory and risk buy data in weekly basis.- Host or join meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.- Timely follow up to drive quality issues that affects delivery schedule.**Required Skills&Experience**:- Colledge degree in marketing or a related field.- 3+ years experience in customer service and order management, prefer to be in EMS industry.- Good at English Speaking and writing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
