Descripción Lead sourcing and procurement activities for CAPEX and MRO across North American sites. Implement sourcing strategies, consolidate suppliers, and negotiate improved pricing. Manage supplier performance in cost, quality, and delivery. Drive annual cost‑reduction plans, cost‑model implementation, and on‑time savings projects. Conduct supplier business reviews and support supply‑chain risk mitigation. Ensure accurate reporting of procurement KPIs and compliance with procurement policies. Travel to key border‑region facilities as needed (primarily northern Mexico). Perfil buscado The successful candidate will be required to meet the following requirements: Bachelor's degree with several years of experience in Indirect Procurement (CAPEX/MRO preferred). Strong experience managing northern Mexico suppliers and international suppliers. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence strategic decisions. Fluent English; strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills. Proficiency in ERP, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills and deep procurement expertise. Self‑driven, able to work autonomously and perform under pressure. Proven ability to deliver cost‑saving initiatives and lead cross‑functional projects.
